Food is a huge part of the holidays. Send out healthy alternatives to some of the classic holiday foods. Encourage your readers not only to test out your recipe but also to share it on social. People love to talk about food and share recipes with their friends—especially as the holidays approach.

The holidays fall right in the middle of the cold and flu season. Many people are getting on airplanes and worried about getting sick. If you can draft a few quick tips for immune support, you may just become their new favorite person.
The holidays are fun but stressful! Send out a quick email or social post to remind your followers of a few ways to strengthen their resilience to stress. This topic gives you the opportunity to introduce people to some of your favorite adapaptogens.
